To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Professional Use

PropScribe is designed for professional property surveyors. You represent that you have the necessary qualifications, certifications, and professional indemnity insurance required to conduct property surveys in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your survey reports meet applicable professional standards, including RICS guidelines.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-assisted features that help transform your survey notes into professional report text. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid and must be reviewed and edited by you before inclusion in any report
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your final reports
• AI suggestions may contain errors and should not be relied upon without professional review
• PropScribe does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including survey data, notes, photos, and reports. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the time of subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification
