Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads, such as whether you are signed in.

2. What we set

PropScribe sets essential cookies only. These keep you signed in to your account and protect our forms against cross-site request forgery. Without them the service cannot work.

3. What we do not set

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking of any kind. We do not sell or share browsing data. Our error reporting is first-party and does not use cookies.

4. Third-party services in the app

Google Maps is loaded across the signed-in dashboard and may set its own cookies. It is never loaded on our public pages.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Because the cookies we set are essential, blocking them will stop you being able to sign in.

6. Changes to this policy

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting them.
